Draft decision of the akim of rural district Kostromskogo "On establishing the right of limited targeted use (public easement) to the limited liability company "Grand" land" is developed in accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of paragraph 1) of article 19, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of this draft decision is to establish the right of public easement to the limited liability partnership "Grand" on land located at: Kostanay region, Fedorovsky district, Kostryakovsky rural district, Kostryakovka village for the operation of utility lines and networks.
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
