In accordance with sub-paragraph 1-1) of paragraph 1) of article 19, sub-paragraph 2) of paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, sub-paragraph 6) paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law Commonwealths Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001" on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan " akim of Kostryakovsky rural district DECIDED:
To install the limited liability partnership Grand public easement land, for the purpose of laying and operation of utility lines and water supply lines, located in the village Kostryakovka Kostromskogo rural district, Fyodorovsky district, the total area 0,0380 hectare.
State institution "Apparatus of akim of Kostryakovsky rural district of Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Fedorovsky district akimat after its official publication.
I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
