In accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of article 19, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akim of the rural district Kostromskogo Fedorovsky district decided::
1.to install the limited liability partnership Grand public easement for the construction and operation of engineering networks, thermal networks, on a land plot with a total area 0,0256 hectares, located in the village Kostryakovka Kostromskogo rural district, Fyodorovsky district.
13. state institution "akim's apparatus of Kostromskogo rural district of Fedorov area" it is prohibited to enter into contractual relations with entrepreneurial entities for the matter of performing of the duties which are functions of state institution "akim's rural district Kostromskogo of Fedorov area".:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Fedorovsky district akimat after official publication.
3.I reserve Control over the execution of this decision.
4. this decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
