In accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of paragraph 1) of article 19, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akim of the rural district Kostromskogo DECIDED:
To install the limited liability partnership Grand public easement land, for the purpose of laying and operation of utility lines and water supply lines, located in the village of Volkovka Kostromskogo rural district, Fyodorovsky district, the total area 0,0020 hectare.
State institution "Apparatus of akim of Kostryakovsky rural district of Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Fedorovsky district akimat after its official publication.
I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
