For 7 months of this year, 43 453 Kazakhstanis have applied for old-age pensions. By the way, over 41,000 elderly people retired over the same period last year.
Among those who went on a well-deserved rest, most of all are residents of Almaty (more than 5 thousand), Turkestan (more than 4.5 thousand) and East Kazakhstan (more than 3.8 thousand) regions. In less than 7 months, residents of the Atyrau region retired - only 1 295 people.
Recall that an application for the appointment of retirement benefits is submitted 10 days before the onset of retirement age to the front offices of the state corporation "Government for Citizens". To do this, you must first book a queue at the PSC on the egov.kz portal or via the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot.
Also, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the state corporation considered the possibility of applying for a pension remotely by submitting an electronic appeal on the eGov.kz portal
So, in order to submit an application, a citizen needs to log in to the egov.kz portal by means of an electronic digital signature. Then choose the service "Electronic requests" and order the service online. Then fill in personal information, including postal address, phone number, service name, etc.
It is also necessary to upload scanned copies of documents (you can find out the required list in the contact center 1414 or in the section "Standards of public services" on the gov4c.kz website), including a statement with the personal signature of the service recipient. In the column "To whom?" - indicate the Branch of NJSC "State Corporation" Government for Citizens ".
At the end of the application, you must sign an EDS.

The answer about the result of the public service will be displayed in the personal account of the service recipient.
