UAPF JSC invites you to the Open Doors Day
Topic: "Digital UAPF".
On December 20, 2022, the UAPF holds an Open Doors Day in an online format on the topic "Digital UAPF".
The goal is to familiarize contributors and participants of the event with the Fund's current and in-demand electronic services, including those operating in the Personal Account on the Fund's website, in the BZhZK / UAPF mobile application, in instant messengers and social networks (chat bot, telegram channel etc.) for the full receipt of pension services by the population.
During the event, the participants of the event will be given explanations about the operation of each service in the Personal Account, including how to calculate the possible pension through the Pension Calculator, view an extract from an individual pension saving account, submit an electronic application for a pension benefit, view the status of an application, send an appeal and get an online consultation and many other questions.
In addition, responsible employees of the regional divisions will answer questions and provide individual advice to the visitors of the event.
We remind you that the "Open Day" will be held online on December 20: in Russian at 10:00 (Zoom), 14:00 (Zoom), in Kazakh at 12:00 (Zoom), 16:00 (Zoom).
Pre-registration is required to participate. An application for participation must be sent to the email address kostanay@enpf.kz with the information: full name and phone number with WhatsApp (to send an invitation link). An invitation link will be sent to you in advance, prior to the start of the event.
