From account opening to benefit payment
UAPF invites everyone to take part in the Open Doors Day
On December 20 of this year, the UAPF holds the next Open Doors Day. The topic of the upcoming meeting is "Digital UAPF".
As previously reported, more than 93% of the total volume of services is provided by the pension fund remotely: on the website, in the UAPF mobile application, in an automatic format. Almost the entire cycle of pension services, from opening a pension account to receiving a benefit, is now implemented using modern electronic technologies. At the same time, UAPF services are constantly being improved: new functions and opportunities appear in accordance with consumer requests and modern trends.
Participants of the Open Doors event will get acquainted in detail with the most relevant and currently in demand electronic services of the Fund in the Personal Account on the Fund's website, in the BZhZK / UAPF mobile application, as well as in instant messengers and social networks (chat bot, telegram channel etc.) for the full receipt of pension services by the population.
The Fund's specialists will explain the operation of each service in the Personal Account, including: how to calculate the possible pension through the Pension Calculator, view an extract from an individual pension saving account, submit an electronic application for benefit of a pension on voluntary contributions or in connection with an indefinite disability group 1 or 2, view the status of this application and more.
In addition, responsible employees of the departments will answer all questions regarding the pension accumulation system and provide individual advice to everyone.
We remind you that the "Open Day" will be held online on December 20: in Russian at 10:00 (Zoom), 14:00 (Zoom), in Kazakh at 12:00 (Zoom), 16:00 (Zoom).

The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of GNPF APF JSC. The UAPF founder and shareholder is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution “Committee of State Property and Privatization” of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UAPF pension assets are managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions for developing proposals to improve the management of pension assets were transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension benefits, individual accounting of pension accumulations and benefits, provides the contributor (beneficiary) with information on the status of his pension accumulations (for more information visit www.enpf.kz)
