1. State institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of Fedorov area" is the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan carrying out the functions of local government architectural, urban planning and construction activity of the district, in the organizational-legal form of state enterprises.
2. The state institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of the Fedorovsky district" has no departments.
3. The state institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of the Fedorovsky district" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. State institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of Fedorov area" is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state institutions, has a seal and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.
