Chapter 1. General provisions
1. State institution "akim's rural district Cherry Fedorov area" (further – akim) is a public institution that ensures the operation of akim Cherry rural district (hereinafter – the mayor) and performing other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Akim's apparatus carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts and this Statute of the akim's apparatus.
