State institution "akim's Apparatus of Bannovskogo rural district of Fedorov area" (further – akim) is a public institution that ensures the operation of akim Bannovskogo rural district (hereinafter – the mayor) and performing other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Akim's apparatus carries out its activities in accordance with Constitutiei laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts and this Statute of the akim's apparatus.
The akim's office is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, accounts in the Treasury bodies.
The office of the mayor enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
The office of the mayor has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state in accordance with the law.
Regulations on the office of the mayor of Bannovsky rural district, its structure are approved by the district akimat.
