The draft resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district "On approval of the Rules for organizing and carrying out measures for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the Fedorovsky district" was developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
