The draft decision of the Fedorovsky district Maslikhat "On approval of tariffs for collection, transportation, sorting and disposal of solid household waste in the Fedorovsky district" was developed in accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 3 of Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
