The draft decision of the Fedorovsky district Maslikhat "On approval of the minimum amount of expenses for the management of a condominium facility and maintenance of the common property of a condominium facility in the Fedorovsky district" was developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10 - 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" and on the basis of the Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 166 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the Cost estimates for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, as well as the methodology for calculating the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and maintenance the common property of the condominium object" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20284).
