On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat
Fedorovsky district No. 182 dated July 1, 2020 "On the change
names of the state institution "Centralized information and Library system of the Fedorovsky district"
Akimat of Fedorovsky district DECIDES:
To make the following change to the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated July 1, 2020 No. 182 "On changing the name of the state institution "Centralized Information and Library System of the Fedorovsky district":
Delete subparagraph 4 of paragraph 33 of the Annex.
The municipal state Institution "Centralized Information and Library System of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) notify the Justice Department of Kostanay region about the change;
2) within twenty calendar days from the date of signing of this resolution, sending its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Fedorovsky district.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
