The draft decision of the Fedorovsky district Maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated October 11, 2021 No. 58 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Fedorovsky district", developed in accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities".
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to introduce amendments in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2022 "On Amendments and Additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities".
