On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat No. 58 dated October 11, 2021 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Fedorovsky district"
Fedorovsky district maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Maslikhat "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Fedorovsky district" dated October 11, 2021 No. 58, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 24914:
paragraphs 6, 7 of Annex 1 to the said decision should be stated in a new version:
"6. The list of documents required to reimburse the costs of home schooling for children with disabilities from among the disabled is provided in accordance with Annex 3 to the Rules for Reimbursement of Costs, while the kandas for identification of an individual, instead of an identity document, are provided with a kandas certificate.
The amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum is equal to eight monthly calculation indices for each disabled child per month.".
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
