No. 465 "On approval of the Rules for Providing social assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in need"
The draft decision of the Fedorovsky District Maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated September 7, 2020 No. 465 "On approval of the Rules for Providing Social assistance, setting the Size and Determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens", was developed in accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to introduce amendments in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2022 No. 129-VII "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities".
