On amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat dated March 11, 2022 No. 41 "On approval of the rules for calculating the standards of education and
accumulation of municipal waste in the Fedorovsky district"
Akimat of Fedorovsky district DECIDES:
To make the following addition to the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district "On approval of the rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Fedorovsky district" dated March 11, 2022 No. 41:
in Appendix 1 to the Rules for Calculating the Norms of Formation and Accumulation of Municipal Waste in the Fedorovsky district, approved by the said resolution:
add a line, serial number 31, with the following content:

1000 participants
The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) within twenty calendar days from the date of signing of this resolution, sending its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Fedorovsky district.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
