The draft decision of the Fedorovsky District Maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated November 27, 2014 No. 279 "On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Fedorovsky district", developed in accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to make changes in terms of reducing the share of maximum allowable expenses to the total income of a low-income family (citizen) when calculating the amount of housing assistance from ten to five percent
