Analytical report on the internal analysis of corruption risks in State Enterprise "Heat Center" of Akimat of Fedorovsky district of Kostanay region
On the basis of the order of the acting director of the State Enterprise "Teplotsentr" dated 03.03.2022 No. 11-P "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Enterprise "Teplotsentr" of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district of Kostanay region, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted.

The State Enterprise "Heat Center" of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district of Kostanay region carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated 06.09.2018 No. 250. The functions of the State Enterprise "Heat Center" defined in the Charter comply with regulatory legal acts.

The staffing of the Enterprise is 26.5 units (AUP 2 units, production staff 24.5 units).
For the period of the analysis, the company has 7 vacancies. There are no facts of demotion of employees.

Bonuses for employees are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the analyzed period, there are no facts of bringing employees of the Enterprise to responsibility for committing corruption offenses, as well as misdemeanors.
