Based on the order of the head of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" dated 10.03.2022 No. 17 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks" in the period from June 1 to June 10, 2022, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district.

The Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations on the state institution approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district No. 69 dated April 1, 2022. The functions of the Department defined in the Regulation comply with regulatory legal acts.

According to the results of the analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district, collisions, gaps, discretionary norms have not been identified. The department provides two public services: "Assignment of sports categories and categories: second and third, first, second and third youth, coach of the highest and middle level of qualification of the second category, instructor – athlete of the highest level of qualification of the second category, methodologist of the highest and middle level of qualification of the second category, sports judge", "Issuance of housing to champions and the winners of the Olympic, Paralympic and Deaflympic Games."
For 5 months of 2022, 46 state services were provided: "Assignment of sports categories and categories: second and third, first, second and third youth, coach of the highest and middle level of qualification of the second category, instructor – athlete of the highest level of qualification of the second category, methodologist of the highest and middle level of qualification of the second category, sports judge".
To inform the public about the procedure for the provision of services, an information stand has been designed, which contains the current Rules and Regulations on public services provided by the Department, a helpline number, an approved schedule for personal reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by the head of the Department.
