Analytical report on the internal analysis of corruption risks in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district"
On the basis of the order of the head of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Fedorovsky district" dated 06.04.2021 No. 35 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks" in the period from 01.06.2022 to 10.06.2022, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the Department of Employment and Social Programs.

The Department of Employment and Social Programs carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations on the state institution approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district No. 79 dated 04/18/2022. The staffing of the Department is 6 units (head of department, 1 sector managers, 4 chief specialists).
For the period of the analysis, the Department is fully staffed, the affiliation of the hired employees, as well as the conflict of interests have not been identified.
The job descriptions of civil servants of the Department fully reflect their official rights and duties, there are no facts of duplication of duties of employees.
The provision of vacations to employees of the department is carried out in accordance with the approved schedule and strictly in accordance with the law "On Public Service" and the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Bonuses for employees are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There are no facts of awarding employees who have not received a disciplinary penalty.
During the analyzed period, there were no facts of bringing employees of the Department to responsibility for committing corruption offenses, as well as misdemeanors discrediting the public service.

To inform the public about the procedure for the provision of services, an information stand has been designed, which contains the current Standards of public services provided by the Department, a helpline number, an approved schedule for the personal reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by the head of the Department.
