Analytical report on the internal analysis of corruption risks for the first half of 2022 in the State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district"
Internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of Akimat of Fedorovsky district" according to the Standard Rules for Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 and based on the order of the head of the State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of Akimat Fedorovsky district" dated March 3, 2022 No. 3 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks for the 1st half of 2022".
Previously, internal analysis in the department was carried out in the first quarter of 2021, the analysis covered the period of work of the Department for the first quarter of 2021.

The State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" carries out its activities on the basis of Regulations on the state institution approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated April 1, 2022 No. 68. The functions of the department defined in the Regulation comply with regulatory legal acts.
The main regulatory legal acts that the Department is guided by in its activities are: Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Culture"; "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan"; "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; "On Public Procurement" On public service in the Republic of Kazakhstan; Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2014 Year No. 939 "On the Concept of Cultural Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; "Register of positions of civil servants in the fields of culture, education in the field of culture, language development, archives and documentation, physical culture and sports" approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 419; Standard qualification characteristics of positions of managers, specialists and other employees of state cultural organizations, approved by the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2017 No. 209; the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the state institution of the State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district", collisions, gaps, discretionary norms were not identified.

The job descriptions of civil servants of the Department fully reflect their official rights and duties, there are no facts of duplication of duties of employees.
The provision of vacations to employees of the department is carried out in accordance with the approved schedule and strictly in accordance with the law on public Service and the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Bonuses for employees are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the analyzed period, employee bonuses were not carried out.
There are no facts of awarding employees who have not received a disciplinary penalty.
During the analyzed period, there were no facts of bringing employees of the Department to responsibility for committing corruption offenses, as well as misdemeanors discrediting the public service.
Provision of public services
The State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" does not provide state services.
4. Publications in the mass media.
There are no facts of negative publications in the media regarding employees.
