on conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the State Institution "Akim's Office of Leninsky rural District of Fedorovsky district"
Internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution "Akim's Office of Leninsky rural district of Fedorovsky district" according to the Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 and on the basis of the order of the Akim of the Leninsky Rural District dated March 3, 2022 No. 5-r "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Leninsky Rural District of the Fedorovsky district" in the period from 1 June 2022 to June 10, 2022 in the State Institution "The Office of the akim of the Leninsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district".
Regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of a public institution:
The State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Leninsky rural District of Fedorovsky district" carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations on the state institution approved by the resolution of Akimat of Fedorovsky district dated December 23, 2019 No. 306. The functions of the apparatus of akim of Leninsky rural district, defined in the Regulation, comply with regulatory legal acts.

In the analyzed period, the facts of bringing employees of the institution to disciplinary responsibility were imposed on the leading specialist.

11. "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement";
12. "Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots at auctions (contests, auctions)";

To inform the population about the procedure for the provision of services, an information stand has been designed, which contains the current Rules and Standards for public services provided by the office of the akim of the Leninsky rural District, a helpline number, an approved schedule for the personal reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by the akim of the district.
