Based on the order of the acting head of the State Enterprise "District House of Culture "Zhastar" of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated 03.03.2022 No. 17 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Enterprise "District House of Culture "Zhastar" of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district, an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out. 1. The State Enterprise "District House of Culture "Zhastar" of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter on a communal state institution approved by the Resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated January 3, 2019 No. 3. According to the results of the analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the municipal state institution of the State Enterprise "District House of Culture "Zhastar" of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district, the following was revealed:
