Analytical report on the internal analysis of corruption risks in the State Institution "Office of the akim of the Kosaralsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district"
The internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Kosaralsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district" according to the Standard Rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 and on the basis of the order of the Akim of the Kosaralsky rural District dated March 03, 2022 No. 11-r "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Kosaralsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district" in the period from On June 01-10, 2022, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the office of the akim of the Kosaralsky rural district.

The office of the akim of the rural district carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations on the state institution approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated December 23, 2019 No. 304. Based on the results of the analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the office of the akim of the rural district, the following collisions and gaps were identified: in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" under the articles subordinate to the akims of villages, there are alternative types of administrative penalties (warning or fine), which may lead to corruption manifestations in determining the degree of punishment.
Personnel management
The staffing of the office of the akim of the rural district is 3 units (akim of the rural district, 2 chief specialists).
For the period of the analysis, the office of the akim of the rural district is fully staffed, there are no vacancies.
The affiliation of the hired employees, as well as the conflict of interests were not revealed.
The job descriptions of civil servants of the office of the akim of the rural district fully reflect their official rights and duties, there are no facts of duplication of duties of employees.

To inform the public about the procedure for the provision of services, brochures on the provision of public services have been issued, which are posted on social networks, as well as distributed to the public. The information stand, which contains the current standards and rules for public services provided by the office of the akim of the rural district, the helpline number, the approved schedule of personal reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by the akim of the rural district.
