About the approval of tariffs for the collection, transportation, sorting and disposal of solid household waste in the Fedorovsky district
In accordance with subparagraph 3) Paragraph 3 of Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Fedorovsky District Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the attached tariffs for the collection, transportation, sorting and disposal of solid household waste in the Fedorovsky district in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
