On determining places for campaigning
printed materials for all candidates
In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Fedorovsky District Akimat DECIDES:
Determine together with the Fedorovskaya District Election Commission (as agreed) places for placing campaign printed materials for all candidates in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Recognize invalid:
1) Decree of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky District No. 435 dated December 25, 2017 “On Determination of Places for Placement of Campaign Printed Materials in the Territory of the Fedorovsky District” (registered in the Register of State Registration No. 7 of legal acts No. 7 of legal acts No.
2) Decree of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district dated April 16, 2018 No. 92 “On Amending the Decree of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky District of December 25, 2017 No. 435“ On determining places for placing campaign printed materials in the Fedorovsky District ”(registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7738).
To the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Fedorovsky district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district after its official publication.
Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the head of the apparatus of akim of the Fedorovsky district.
This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
