on the activities of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" on the provision of public services
for 12 months of 2021
1. General Provisions.
1) Information about the service provider
1. The state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides information, analytical, organizational, legal and logistical support for the activities of the akim.
2. The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" does not have departments, carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, standard forms, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with the treasury bodies.
4. The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.
5. The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the law.
6. The structure and staffing limit of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" are approved in accordance with the current legislation.

8. The full name of the state body is the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district."
9. This Regulation is the founding document of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district."
10. Financing of the activities of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" is carried out from the state budget.
11. The state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the purpose of fulfilling the duties that are the functions of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district".
If the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Korzhinkol rural district of the Fedorovsky district" is granted the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, then the income received from such activities is directed to the state budget.
