1) Information about the service provider
1. The state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Fedorovsky district" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that performs the functions of local public administration in the organizational and legal form of a state institution.
2. The Department has no departments, carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation, is formed, abolished and reorganized by the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district.
3. The Department is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with treasury bodies.
