Fedorovsky district maslikhat made a decision:
1. make the following amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of October 11, 2021 No. 58, registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 24914" on determining the procedure and amount of collection of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled in the Fedorovsky district under the individual training plan":
paragraphs 6.7 of Annex 1 to the said decision should be redrafted:
"6.the list of documents required for recovery of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled is provided in accordance with Annex 3 to the rules for reimbursement of expenses, while for identification, blood relatives are provided with a blood certificate instead of an identity document.
7.the amount of recovery of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled under an individual training plan is equal to eight monthly calculation indices for each disabled child per month.».
