1. General Provisions.
1) information about the service provider 1. the state institution "Office of the Akim of Peshkov rural district of Fedorovsky district" (hereinafter referred to as the Akim's office) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the Akim of Peshkov rural district (hereinafter referred to as the Akim) and performs other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.the Akim's office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as the regulations on this Akim's office.
3.the Akim's office is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has a seal and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, and accounts with the Treasury authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.the Akim's office enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
