1. The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Peshkovsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district" (hereinafter – the Akim's apparatus) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the akim of the Peshkovsky rural district (hereinafter – akim) and performs other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation on the Akim's office.
