Topic: Office of a legal entity. UAPF online service for business owners.
On March 18, 2022, UAPF is holding an Open Day in an online format.
The purpose of the event is to provide contributors with information on getting acquainted with the personal account of a legal entity, with the electronic services of UAPF JSC for legal entities, as well as with the list of services available to them as contributors.
The Open Day is held for all categories of the Fund's contributors, including heads of enterprises and organizations, individual entrepreneurs, participants in small and medium-sized businesses.
During the event, contributors (beneficiaries) will be shown the algorithm for using electronic services of UAPF JSC in the office for legal entities.
The service is intended for employers who are tax agents, whose duties include the transfer of employee pension contributions. At the moment, the service allows the user to generate, edit and print payment orders for the payment of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
As part of this service, you can see a list of employees for whom it is necessary to send payments to the Fund, with the ability to edit (delete and add employees). In addition, the service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the payment history.
Access to the office of a legal entity is provided to the first head of a legal entity that has the right to sign or a person authorized to sign financial documents only if there is an Electronic Digital Signature for Legal Entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Also during the meeting, responsible employees will provide individual advice on other issues of interest to contributors.
We remind you that the Open Day will be held online on March: in Russian at 10:00 (Zoom), 15:00 (Cisco Webex), in Kazakh at 11:30 (Zoom).

An invitation link will be sent to you in advance, prior to the start of the event.
