In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "On certain issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural subdivisions" Akimat of Fedorovsky district DECIDES:
To approve the attached Regulations on the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district".
The State institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of the above Provision in the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law;
