In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 347 "On approval of Standard Rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste", the Akimat of Fedorovsky district DECIDES:
To approve the rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Fedorovsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The State institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) the direction of this resolution for official publication in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the district
