Information on document management and citizens ' appeals
for the year 2021.
Over the past period of 2021, the office of the akim of the Kosaralsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district received 273 documents. 272 documents were sent, 272 of them in the state language.
In total, during the reporting period of 2021, 22 appeals were received by local executive bodies. Of these, 22 applications – 0 complaints, 0 others (requests, suggestions, responses), 21 appeals were accepted during a personal reception by the akim of the rural district,1 was received from a higher authority. The state body at the place of admission considered 22 applications or 100 %.
The largest number of appeals are issues of housing and communal services, labor and employment of the population, social and pension provision, etc.
There were no repeated requests. There are no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals.
