On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat
No. 487 of January 8, 2021 "On rural and rural budgets
districts of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023"
Fedorovsky district Maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Maslikhat "On the budgets of the village, rural districts of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023" dated January 8, 2021 No. 487 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9708) :
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
«1. To approve the budget of the Bannovsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 32733.0 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 3920.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 28813.0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 35328.1 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 2595.1 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 2595.1 thousand tenge.";
paragraph 3 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
«3. To approve the budget of the Cherry rural District of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 4, 5 and 6, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 14730.0 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 1210.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 16.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 13504.0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 15754.4 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 1024.4 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 1024.4 thousand tenge.";
paragraph 5 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
«5. To approve the budget of the Voronezh Rural District of the Fedorovsky District for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 7, 8 and 9, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 18028.0 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 3117.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 150.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 14761.0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 20974.5 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 2946.5 thousand tenge;

paragraph 7 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:

tax revenues – 3125.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 70,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;

"13. To approve the budget of the Kostryakovsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 19, 20 and 21, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 17752.0 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 3828.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 13924.0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 19990.6 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:

"15. To approve the budget of the Leninsky Rural District of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 22, 23 and 24, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 20209.0 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 2961.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 17248.0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 21650.2 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;

paragraph 19 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
"19. To approve the budget of the Pervomaisky rural district of the Fedorovsky district for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 28, 29 and 30, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:

non-tax receipts – 65.0 thousand tenge;

non-tax receipts – 60.0 thousand tenge;

tax revenues – 35741.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 150.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 90,875,2 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 127996.6 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0,0 thousand tenge, including:

applications 1, 4, 7, 10, 19, 22, 28, 31 and 34 to the specified decision to set out in a new version according to the annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 to the present decision.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
