Yes of course. To obtain a certificate of having an individual pension saving account (IPSA), you need to go to the website of UAPF JSC www.enpf.kz , then go to the section "Electronic services" in the "Personal account" using an electronic digital signature or a registered login and password. Further, when you click in the "Services" section "Getting a certificate of the availability of IPSA", a certificate will be generated. The QR code in the upper corner of the generated help contains a web link to the electronic version of the document, certified by the electronic digital signature of the authorized person of the UAPF. Please note that this web link is available within 1 (one) month from the date of issue of this document.
