On Amendments and Additions to the Decision of the Maslikhat of September 7, 2020 No. 465 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need
Fedorovsky district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes and additions to the decision of the Maslikhat "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in Need" dated September 7, 2020 No. 465, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 9450:
in the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the said decision:
in subparagraph 8) of paragraph 7, the word "korsetiledi" in the Kazakh language should be deleted, the text in Russian does not change;
add item 7 with sub-item 9) to read as follows:
"9) a person accompanying a disabled child who has a recommendation in an individual rehabilitation program for a disabled person for spa treatment, without taking into account income, with compensation for payment for accommodation and food, at actual costs, in the amount of no more than 25 monthly calculated indicators.".
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
