Term of public service provision
When contacting the Center - from the date of registration of the package of documents by the Center – 15 (fifteen) working days;
from the date of delivery of the package of documents to the akim of the rural district – 18 (eighteen) working days.
In the case of making a request to state bodies or organizations, the deadline for forming a package of documents is extended for up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, with a written notification to the applicant within two working days from the date of making the request to the relevant state bodies and (or) organizations;
2) the maximum allowed waiting time for the delivery of a package of documents at the Center, the akim of the rural district – 30 minutes;
3) the maximum allowed service time at the Center, the akim of the rural district – 30 minutes.

The result of the provision of public services
Notification of the appointment, and in case of refusal-with an indication of its reasons in writing through the Center or the mayor, as well as by sending a message to the subscriber number in cellular networks

The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The state service is provided free of charge to individuals

Work schedule
1) The Center – from 08.30, 9.00 hours to 18.00, 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 12.30, 13.00 hours to 14.00, 14.30 hours according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) akim of the rural district - from Monday to Friday inclusive from 9.00 to 18.00 hours, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00 hours, except weekends and holidays according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services from 9.00 to 17.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.
The public service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior appointment and accelerated service.

List of documents
When accepting an application, the service provider forms requests to the relevant information systems of state bodies and organizations (hereinafter referred to as information systems) through the "electronic government" gateway, in order to obtain the following information:
1) identification documents of the applicant;
2) about the status of oralman;
3) on the status of a refugee;
4) on the status of a foreigner;
5) on the status of a stateless person;
6) on registration at the permanent or temporary place of residence for each family member;
7) about bank details in the authorized organization for the issuance of benefits;
8) on the establishment of disability;
9) on the registration of the birth (death) of the child (for all children);
10) on the establishment of guardianship (guardianship);
11) about adoption (adoption);
12) on registration of the conclusion (dissolution) of marriage (matrimony), except for cases of registration of marriage (matrimony) outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
13) on the fact of studying at an educational institution - if the dependents aged from eighteen to twenty-three years are full-time students;
14) on income (wages, social benefits, income from business activities, from the rental of immovable and (or) movable property, from the sale of immovable and (or) movable property);
15) on the status of an individual entrepreneur;
16) whether the applicant and his family members have the fact of appointment, payment or submission of an application for the appointment of targeted social assistance;
17) on the existence of a personal subsidiary farm;
18) on employment (if any), for able-bodied family members involved in active measures to promote employment;
19) about education, qualifications, availability of special knowledge or professional training (if available), for able-bodied family members involved in active measures to promote employment;
20) on alimony and (or) on the existence of arrears on them for three consecutive months preceding the quarter of the application for the appointment of targeted social assistance;
21) on the presence in places of deprivation of liberty or forced treatment of the applicant's family members;
22) on the availability of housing and premises in the property;
23) on the ownership of a land plot intended for individual housing construction;
24) on the ownership of the vehicle.
If there is no information in the information systems, the Akim or the Center issues a written request to the relevant state body and / or organization.
The applicant has the right to provide the above documents in hard copy.
When submitting an application, the applicant is issued at the Center, the akim of the rural district-a tear-off ticket of the application with the date of registration and the date of receipt of the state service, the name and initials of the person who accepted the documents.

Grounds for refusal to provide public services established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The service provider refuses to provide a public service:
1) persons (families) who are not low-income;
2) a family, an able-bodied member, with the exception of the persons specified in paragraph 6 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2001 "On State targeted social assistance", which refused to participate in employment promotion measures – within six months from the date of refusal to participate in employment promotion measures;
3) to a person (family) in cases of termination of a previously concluded social contract and (or) failure to fulfill the obligations provided for in the social contract due to the fault of the recipient – within six months prior to applying for the appointment of targeted social assistance;
4) persons (families) who have provided deliberately false information and (or) false documents for the purpose of assigning targeted social assistance within six months from the date of submission;
5) persons (families) who, according to the conclusion of the precinct commission, prepared based on the results of a survey of their financial situation, do not need to provide targeted social assistance.

Other requirements, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services, including those provided in electronic form

The applicant has the opportunity to obtain information about the status of the provision of public services in the remote access mode through the help services of the service provider, as well as the Unified Contact Center "1414", 8-800-080-7777.
