The state institution "The Apparatus of the Akim of the Fedorovsky rural District of the Fedorovsky District" (hereinafter referred to as the Apparatus of the Akim of the Fedorovsky Rural District) is a state body of the Republic Kazakhstan, which provides information and analytical, organizational and legal, and material and technical support for the activities of the akim.

The office of the akim of the Fedorovsky rural District has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.
