1. General provisions.

1) Information about the service provider

     1. The State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district "(hereinafter referred to as the Department of Physical Culture and Sportsa) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that manages the regulation of physical culture and sports issues.

  2. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the Regulations on the state institution.

 3. The founder of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports is the akimat of the Fedorovsky district.

     4. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has a seal and stamp with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an account with the treasury bodies.

      5. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports enters into civil relations on its own behalf.

     6. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.

  7. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports on issues of its competence, in accordance with the procedure established by law , makes decisions issued by orders of the head of a state institution and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  8. The structure and staffing limit of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports are approved in accordance with the currentlegislation.
   9. Location of the legal entity: 111900, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kostanay region, village of Fedorovka, atthe person Ch. Valikhanov Street, 9a.

  10. Full name of the state body - state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district".

 12. The activities of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports are financed from the budget of the Fedorovsky district.

The Department has set up a stand with regulatory legal acts, information - and reference materials on the provision of public services,and identified responsible officials for the quality provision of public services.

According to Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public services", public discussions of draft standards of public services are not within the competence of local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts , cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts.

3. Activities aimed at improving the processes of providing public services.

1) Results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes

The results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes have a positive impact on the quality of their delivery. The procedure for providing public services is simplified, and time limits and administrative barriers in the process of providing public services are reduced.

2) Activities aimed at improving the skills of employees in the provision of public services

Advanced training of civil servants of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district is carried out on the basis of the Schedule of advanced training of civil servants of the State Enterprise "Regional Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Civil Servants" of the Akimat of Kostanay region. Advanced training in public service delivery in 2020         employees did not pass.

4. Quality control of the provision of public services

1) Information on complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services.

During the reporting period, the Department did not receive any complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of State services.

2) Results of internal control over the quality of public services rendered.

According to the approved Action Plan of internal state control over the quality of public services rendered for 2020 by the structural division of the akim's office  On June 30, 2020, the Department heldan internal control event in the Fedorovsky district. Based on the results of control measures, no violations were detected, and recommendations were made on the provision of public services.

3) Results of quality control over the provision of public services carried out by the authorized body for evaluating and controlling the quality of public services.

4) Results of public monitoring of the quality of public services rendered have not been carried out by the authorized body for assessing and controlling the quality of public services rendered

Public monitoring of the quality of public services rendered in the state service providers of the Akimat of the Fedorovsky district and their subordinate organizations was not carried out.

5. Prospects for further efficiency and increasing satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services rendered.

The main directions of improving the quality of public services are their automation and transfer to a State corporation. In general, there is a positive trend in the provision of public services to increase the number of services provided through the State Corporation and the "e-government portal.
