- Hello, I used to find out my pension savings by receiving letters in my mailbox, but for several years now I have not lived at the old address. How can I check my savings now?
For your convenience, the UAPF provides the following ways to obtain information about pension savings:
- In your personal account on the website enpf.kz using an electronic digital signature (EDS) or username and password, one-time password;
- In the ENPF mobile application using EDS or username and password, one-time password;
- Through the cabinet.enpf.kz/porog service using EDS or IIN and a one-time password, which will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number registered in the mGov mobile citizens database;
- On the web portal of the "Electronic Government for Citizens" eGov.kz or through the eGov Mobile application;
- By sending the contributor's statement, generated on the website enpf.kz, to the email address registered in the UAPF database;
- By regular mailing of an extract to the e-mail address registered in the UAPF database, without additional application of the contributor (beneficiary);
