Since the beginning of the year, state targeted social assistance has been assigned and paid to 19 families, including 100 people. in the amount of 4794,109 thousand tenge, including unconditional cash assistance to 4 families of 13 people. in the amount of 856,047 thousand tenge, conditional cash assistance to 15 families of 87 people. in the amount of 3938,062 thousand tenge. For the corresponding period of 2019, GASP was assigned and paid to 47 families, including 258 people. in the amount of 23297.5 thousand tenge, including unconditional cash assistance to 7 families of 25 people. in the amount of 2471.4 thousand tenge, conditional cash assistance to 40 families of 233 people. in the amount of 20,826. 0 thousand tenge.
Housing benefit from the beginning of the year was assigned and paid to 15 families in the amount of 128.4 thousand tenge. Persons from among those registered as low-income, this measure in 2020 was provided to 1 family of 3 people. in the amount of 7.5 thousand tenge. For the corresponding period of 2019, the allowance was assigned and paid to 24 families in the amount of 319.4 thousand tenge from the beginning of the year. This measure has been provided to 1 family of 3 persons registered as low-income in the current year. in the amount of 20.1 thousand tenge.
During the state of emergency and restrictive measuresпроведена , payments were made in monetary terms for the purchase of food and household supplies to certain categories of the population:
children aged six to eighteen who are recipients of targeted social assistance;
children with disabilities until the age of sixteen, with the exception of disabled persons, constantly living in medico-social institutions due to the state budget and for disabled persons in places of deprivation of liberty;
to invalids of the first, second and third groups of all ages, with the exception of disabled persons, constantly living in medico-social institutions due to the state budget and for disabled persons in places of deprivation of liberty;
raising a disabled child;
unemployed persons registered with the local employment Agency.
A total of 1,095 people were paid from the Republican budget during this period. in the amount of 21,519. 4 thousand tenge.
Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies for 12 months of 2020 was provided to 386 citizens in the amount of 15911.3 thousand tenge. For the corresponding period of 2019, assistance was paid to 362 citizens in the amount of 13343.8 thousand tenge.
Since the beginning of the year, 23 disabled children studying and being brought up at homehave been paid monthly social assistance (in the amount of 6 MCI) in the amount of 2549.6 thousand tenge. For the corresponding period of 2019, assistance was paid to 24 disabled children in the amount of 2323.5 thousand tenge.
Since the beginning of the year, the services of individual assistants have been provided to 6 disabled people of the 1st group who have difficulties in movement.
Obligatory hygienic means secured 58 disabled people, including 15 children with disabilities, surdologichesky funds provided 3 disabled, 2 of them disabled child, with typhlitis technical means provided by 3 of the disabled, prosthetic-orthopaedic assistance provided to 35 persons with disabilities, wheelchairs provided 11 people with disabilities (16 carriages).
At the expense of the regional budget, 2 disabled people were rehabilitated by the Zhitikarinsky rehabilitation center for the disabled and 8 disabled people were rehabilitated by the Kostanay rehabilitation center for the disabled. 13 disabled people were treated at Sosnovy Bor and Dzhailau sanatoriums.
As of 01.01.2021, the Department of social assistance at home provided special social services for home care to 104 single and lonely elderly citizens, 5 disabled children and 1 disabled person over 18 years of age with a neuropsychiatric disease. Services are provided by 27 social workers.
About carrying out work on adaptation of objects of social and transport infrastructure to needs of disabled people
According to the list of social and transport infrastructure objects, 6 objects are subject to adaptation in 2020. Heads of institutions that have items included in the plan on their balance sheets have been sent letters about the need to complete the adaptation of buildings. The working group on the organization of work on adaptation of social facilities andinfrastructure of all forms of ownership to the needs of persons with disabilities in Fedorovskiy district conducted a survey of objects with the preparation of acts of completion of adaptation of the facility to the needs of persons with disabilities. As of 1 January 2021, all 6 objects are recognized as adapted ("Generalskaya high school Department of education of akimat of Fedorov area", KSU "Kravtsovskoye primary school Department of education of akimat of Fedorov area", KSU "Bannovskogo secondary school education Department of the Governor's office Fedorovsky district"", GCE "Nursery-kindergarten "Ainalaiyn", KSU "secondary school № 1 im.
