Internal corruption risk analysis conducted by the working group in the period from 5 January on 8 January 2021 year under the Model rules for conducting internal review of corruption risks approved by order of Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated 19 October 2016 number 12 and on the basis of the order of the acting Secretary of the district maslikhat dated 5 Jan 2021 , No. 1 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks».
Working group for internal analysis of corruption risks (hereinafter referred to as the working group): studied regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the district maslikhat apparatus and the organizational and managerial activities ofятельность a state institution.
According to the results of studying the legislation regulating the activities of a state institution , there were no provisionsthat facilitate making decisions at their own discretion, creating barriers to the exercise by individuals and legal entities of their rights and legitimate interests, and committing corruption offenses.
In the organizational and managerial activities of a state institution, the following areas were subjected to internal anti-corruption analysis for the second half20 of 2020::
1)Management of personnel, including staff turnover:
The staff size of the unit is 5 units. Factionsa 4.

3) Provision of public services:
State institution "Apparatus of the Fedorovsky district maslikhat" does not provide public services.
4) The implementation of the licensing functions:
The office of the district maslikhat does not perform licensing functions;
5)Implementation of control functions:

6) Other issues arising from organizational and managerial activities:
In the second half of 2020, 4 обраapplications were receivedя from individuals and legal entities. 3 requestsя fromlegal entities. All requests were considered within the appropriate time limits established by law, 3 requests wereя granted, and 4 requests were clarified.
No acts of Prosecutor's supervision were received.
There were no inspections of the state body in the reporting period.
Public procurementwas carried out in accordance with the approved plan, from a single source through direct conclusion of a contract. Proper conduct of public procurement is ensured, and no violations are detected.
The conducted monitoring of mass media (the regional newspaper "Fedorovsky news", the official Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky district) showed that there were no negative materials against civil servants of the institution.
In the office of the district maslikhat, legal universal training is conducted to explain the norms of anti-corruption legislation, laws related to the functional activities of the office.
According to the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the state institution "Apparatus of the Fedorovsky district maslikhat", no corruption risks were identified.
