For the purpose of preventive measures to prevent corruption crimes and offenses, the following activities are carried out.
The state institution "Office of the akim of Kamyshinsky rural district of Fedorovsky district" complies with the requirements of the legislation on public procurement in its work. Monthly, by the 1st day, a schedule of payments of a state institution in the Treasury is drawn up, which is provided to the Finance Department to strengthen control over the targeted and effective use of budget funds, the completeness of fulfillment of obligations under concluded contracts. Also, at the end of the month, an analysis of the development of planned budget funds is carried out, the reasons for undeveloped funds and balances are clarified according to the specifics of the individual financing plan. A monthly report on the implementation of budget programs and percentage execution of the expenditure part of the budget is submitted.
The work plans of the public councils for combating corruption under the akim of the rural district include issues related to the formation of an anti-corruption culture in society.
Regulatory legal acts that affect the interests of private entrepreneurship for their corruption, with the adoption of appropriate response measures, are examined in the legal Department of the district akim's office.
SHPZ members conduct lectures and seminars on the fight against corruption according to the work plan. Teachers of secondary and primary schools and employees of medical institutions of the rural district are invited to attend these lectures and seminars.
Incoming appeals of individuals and legal entities are registered in the software of the automated information system "Unified accounting of appeals of persons" on the day of their receipt by the office of the akim of the rural district. Appeals of individuals and legal entities are considered within the established time frame. Personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities is carried out by the akim of the rural district, specialists of the akim's office and is held according to the schedule on established days and hours. The reception schedule is posted on the information stand of the akim's office of the rural district.
