In accordance with article 69 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akim of the rural district of Feodor Fedorovsky district DECIDED:
To establish the state institution "Management of energy and housing and public utilities of akimat of Kostanay region" public easement on the land to service of the pipeline, located in the village of fedorivka fedorovskogo selskogo OKRUGA Fedorovsky district of Kostanay region, the total area of 9,1763 hectare.
Public institution "akim's Apparatus of Fedorov rural district of Fedorov area" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Fedorovsky rural district of the Fedorovsky district after its official publication.
I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
