The guarantee of the realization of the constitutional right to participate in elections is your presence on the voter lists.
Voter lists are compiled by local executive bodies during elections of the President, deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and Maslikhats.
Your registration at the place of residence on the territory of a particular polling station is the basis for including you in the voter list.
Each voter has the right to register as a voter in the relevant local executive body from the moment of the announcement and appointment of elections, as well as to specify in the list of which polling station he is included.
If you need to be in a settlement outside your permanent place of registration, you have the right to apply (30 days before the elections no later than December 10, 2020) to the akimat at your place of temporary location with an application for inclusion in the voter list of that polling station, to which you will vote on Election Day.
For all questions related to inclusion and exclusion, as well as clarification of your data in the voter lists, you can call the Call Center: (871439-21404, 871439-21446)
