On the approval of the location
of non-stationary shopping facilities
in the territory of the Dzhangeldinsky district
In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with articles 8, 12, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 "On the regulation of trade activities" the Akimat of the Dzhangeldinsky District DECIDES :
1. To approve the location of non-stationary shopping facilities on the territory of the Dzhangeldinsky region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Dzhangeldinsky District" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the territorial body of justice;
2) posting of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Dzhangeldin region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Dzhangeldinsky region.
4. This Resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
